Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the OnRepClub website, joining the waitlist, or — once available — using the OnRepClub app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

2. Description of Service

OnRepClub is an intermediary platform that connects users with fitness classes (Pilates, Yoga, Functional Training, Spin, Zumba, and more) at partner studios in Tehran through a single membership. OnRepClub is not itself a fitness service provider — it enables discovery, booking, and one membership across multiple studios. OnRepClub considers itself an intermediary/facilitator between user and studio and does not claim to be the principal party to the fitness service itself; the service agreement is formed directly between the user and the partner studio. OnRepClub's precise legal classification under Iranian e-commerce law (including the term "hosting service provider") should be confirmed by a lawyer before this document is finalized for publication.

OnRepClub is currently in a pre-launch, private-testing phase, and this website is primarily used to collect waitlist signups.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• OnRepClub is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account, and by ticking the box confirming that you are 18 or older and accept these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18. People under 18 may not create an account or use the Services, and an account found to belong to someone under 18 may be suspended.
• Information you provide at signup (email, phone number, and later account details) must be accurate and belong to you.
• Each person may hold only one OnRepClub account.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place through your account.

4. Pre-Launch Waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the app, a specific launch date, or eligibility for offers (like the first-200-members discount). Eligibility is determined by signup order and whatever is stated on the site at the time. OnRepClub may change launch timing, offers, and eligibility rules as the product develops.

5. Membership Plans & Pricing

Once launched, OnRepClub offers three monthly membership tiers:

• Basic: 8 check-ins per month
• Standard: 16 check-ins per month
• Premium: one check-in per day

Pricing for each plan (in Iranian Rial/Toman) is shown clearly in the app/website at time of purchase. Memberships last one month and do not renew automatically (see section 7) — you purchase each month's membership yourself. Unused check-ins don't carry over to the next month unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through licensed payment gateways connected to Iran's banking network. OnRepClub does not store your full card details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Membership Termination

Membership Expiry & Renewal

Because of limitations in Iran's card-payment infrastructure, OnRepClub does not automatically charge your card for future periods; each membership is valid only for the single one-month period you knowingly and directly paid for.

• Your membership automatically ends at the end of the 30-day period you paid for.
• To keep using the service, you need to manually purchase the next month's membership yourself through the app; no amount is ever charged to your account without your direct action.
• Before your membership ends, OnRepClub reminds you via in-app notifications (and SMS/email where possible) — for example, 7 days and 3 days before expiry — so you can renew in time if you'd like to.

Since renewal isn't automatic, there's no "auto-renewal" to cancel — simply not purchasing a new membership means your relationship with us ends on its own.

Refunds

OnRepClub's refund policy — set independently of any foreign consumer-protection law, and specific to our own service — is as follows:

• 7-day new-member window: if you request cancellation within 7 days of your first membership purchase, the amount you paid is refunded, minus 15% of your monthly membership price for each check-in used or no-show recorded during that window. For example, if you used 2 check-ins in those 7 days, your refund equals the amount paid minus (2 × 15% of the amount paid) — i.e. 70% of what you paid.
• After the 7-day window: once 7 days have passed since purchase, OnRepClub does not refund unused check-ins or unused days remaining in that month.

Refunds that qualify under the 7-day window above are processed within 7 business days of an approved request, back to the original payment method. Refund requests can be submitted by email or through the app's support section.

8. Booking, Check-In, Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Classes are booked through the app, subject to capacity set by each studio. Every booking falls into one of the following categories, depending on when and how it's cancelled:

• On-time cancellation: cancelled at least 12 hours before the class starts — no penalty.
• Late cancellation: cancelled less than 12 hours before the class starts.
• No-show: not attending a booked class without cancelling it.

Late-Cancellation & No-Show Penalties

To keep class capacity from going to waste at the expense of other members and studios, late cancellations and no-shows work as follows:

• Your first late cancellation in each calendar month is just an in-app warning, with no cost. The count starts over every month.
• From your second late cancellation in the same month onward, a penalty of 5% of your current monthly membership price is charged. The exact amount is shown to you in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
• Every no-show (including the first) carries a penalty of 10% of your current monthly membership price — there's no warning tier for no-shows.

These penalties aren't charged immediately in cash — they're added to your account balance (which can go negative) and automatically settled on top of the amount due the next time you purchase a membership.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If a studio cancels a booked class (for example, due to a closure or instructor unavailability):

• the check-in used for that booking is returned to the member's membership, with no penalty;
• the member is notified immediately via an in-app notification; and
• where possible, an alternative class (at the same or a similar studio) is offered.

Class Reminders

OnRepClub sends two reminder notifications before each booked class: one about 16 hours before it starts, and one about 8 hours before. Tapping either reminder opens that class's details in the app.

9. Partner Studios

Partner studios are independent businesses. OnRepClub isn't responsible for the quality of equipment, instruction, physical safety of a venue, or staff conduct at any studio. OnRepClub acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between user and studio, and is not a party to the fitness service agreement itself; disputes over the quality or delivery of a service are between the user and that studio. Incidents or complaints about a specific studio's service should be raised directly with that studio, and also reported to OnRepClub support so we can follow up.

10. Health & Physical Activity

Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using OnRepClub, you confirm that you're physically able to participate in fitness classes, or that you've consulted a doctor beforehand. To the extent permitted by consumer protection law, OnRepClub and partner studios do not accept liability for injuries arising from users' physical activity.

Note: the OnRepClub app is not designed for emergencies. If a medical emergency occurs during or after a class, call emergency services (115 in Iran) immediately, or ask studio staff for urgent help.

11. User Conduct

• Providing false information at signup or booking is prohibited.
• Using another person's account without permission is prohibited.
• Attempting to disrupt the website or app (including automated or bulk signups) is prohibited.
• Abusive behavior or harassment toward studio staff or other users is prohibited.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and app — including the brand name, logo, design, and text — belongs to OnRepClub. Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OnRepClub isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This limitation doesn't override any consumer rights that are non-waivable under Iranian law.

14. Suspension & Termination

OnRepClub may temporarily or permanently restrict a user's access for violating these terms. Users may also end their relationship with OnRepClub at any time by requesting account deletion.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct negotiation. Users may also raise e-commerce-related complaints through Enamad's own complaint-resolution system at enamad.ir. Failing resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tehran.

16. Changes to These Terms

OnRepClub may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
